Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens—but we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a $100 cancellation fee.

Group or event bookings require 72 hours notice for cancellation to avoid full charge.

In-House Policies

To ensure a safe, professional, and relaxing experience for all:

Medical Oversight: All services are provided under standing medical protocols and professional supervision.

Consent Required: All clients must complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) and sign appropriate informed consent before receiving treatment.

Hydration & Nutrition: Please eat and hydrate prior to your appointment unless directed otherwise.

Mobile Services: For on-site visits, clients must provide a clean, safe, and climate-controlled environment.

Payment Policy: To secure your booking, a valid credit or debit card must be put on file

Refund Policy:

At DripTheory IV + Wellness Bar, we strive to ensure that every client receives the highest standard of care and service. Due to the customized and perishable nature of our treatments, all sales are considered final once services are rendered or products are opened

1. Services:

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been completed in full.

If a client experiences a documented adverse reaction during treatment that prevents completion, a partial or full refund may be issued at management’s discretion.

If a service is pre-paid and canceled within the allowable cancellation window (see Cancellation Policy), the deposit or payment may be refunded or credited to a future appointment.

2. Packages and Memberships:

All package and membership sales are final.

Remaining credits may be transferred to another approved service or gifted to another client only with prior written approval from management.

No cash refunds will be issued for partially used packages or memberships.

3. Products:

Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original packaging with a valid receipt.

Opened or used products cannot be refunded due to safety, sterility, and regulatory compliance.

4. Deposits:

Deposits are applied to the scheduled service and are non-refundable if a client no-shows or cancels outside of the required notice period.

If DripTheory cancels or reschedules a service, the deposit will be refunded in full or credited to a future appointment.

5. Refund Process:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@driptheoryivbar.com and include supporting documentation if applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Management Rights:

DripTheory IV + Wellness Bar reserves the right to review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
